• DM Funnel Automation: Automated direct message sequences and lead capture workflows
• Content Engine: AI-powered content creation and scheduling automation
• Business Automation: End-to-end workflow automation for business operations
• Client Portal: A dashboard for managing and monitoring your automation systems

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Service.

4. Payment Terms

GB Labs offers paid automation services. By purchasing a service tier, you agree to the following:

• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@gblabs.ai within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in deceptive practices
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The GB Labs platform, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by GB Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using our Service. By using the Service, you grant GB Labs a limited license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Results: GB Labs does not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or automation outcomes. Results vary based on your industry, audience, and implementation.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, GB Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time:

• By You: You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@gblabs.ai
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or any reason with reasonable notice
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain certain data as required by law or our Privacy Policy

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
